For me this is my salvation in movement during these stationary trying times. I’m so thankful to have this service available and look forward to my sessions. When my session is over my body feels renewed and ready to go. It’s so nice to connect with other people.

CORE exercises me in ways that I can’t on my own. I have been doing some work at home; but, it’s just not the same. Later, when I transferred from my wheelchair, I realized that I felt stronger and rotated farther.  I want to hang onto that, and I would recommend CORE to anyone who wants that too.

It is recommended(depending on the involvement of your condition) that you have another person(caregiver, family member, etc…) to assist you in setting up equipment. Our specialist will always describe, demonstrate and discuss every exercise until you are 100% comfortable with it. We strive to have our clients perform the exercises correctly and also educate them on why they are performing such exercise.
